Looking Back From the Edge of The Pit

Using the metaphor of crawling out of a pit to represent a chronological loop of growth, I’m exploring themes around mental health through the lens of self-reflection and critique and aiming to establish a catharsis and new perspectives. My main goal is to highlight the importance of opening up about issues relating to mental health. More importantly how doing so in essence is the first and most important step that kickstarts the progress we all desire not just for ourselves but others.
