The Toronto Cynosure For Restorative Justice:
For over 40 years, restorative justice has been part of Canada’s criminal justice system. However, it is rarely used, and most Canadians are not aware that they have the right to this alternative legal approach. My thesis seeks to enable the rights of Toronto citizens to awareness, education and access in a dedicated space for restorative justice.
