Unearthing History for the Future

Many cities today lack an authentic connection to nature. Taking Garrison Creek as an example of how we can remedy this issue, I've looked at how the implementation of natural systems back into our cities can be achieved at various scales. Some ideas at a smaller scale look at permeable textures and planting ideal for slow absorption and/or release of water. While larger scale ideas look at the implementation of constructed wetland features and the revival of topographical features.
