Glimpses of Me

Through the context of living my entire life here in the West as an Indian Muslim woman, I capture the intersectionality of my overlapped identities with my work. I cast glimpses into the different parts that make up my identity while also combining different aspects of traditional Islamic and Indian art through the use of colour and bold outlines.
