Upcoming Exhibition: losers leave no records
McKenna Gray (they/them) is a Toronto-based curator, critic, and activist whose work blends scholarly research, alternative pedagogies, and transformative practices of care. Their practice typically centres orientation of the self, both as an individual and within multiple publics, evoking questions of presence and absence. Approaching art history from a materialist framework, McKenna interrogates institutions of knowledge-making, and the affective importance of documenting subjugation.
