“My thesis is about to show a future wall that can show what happened right now around us, by using mythology, and the material is mineral pigments and digital.The wall paintings can be separated into ten paintings. They are all telling about what is happening around us, including politics, new viruses, the economy, and several important parts of our life. ”

Catherine Zhang is an illustrator from China. She graduated from Liaoning University in China in education. Her work has often been described as dreaming, fresh, and clean. She received Creative Quarterly, Adobe award, Supernova, etc. She is currently based in Toronto and works as a freelance illustrator and an art teacher. Her paintings are mostly in digital watercolor and mineral paint. She likes to paint plants and those warm and touching moments. She also focuses on culture and history paintings.
