Considering fragmentation and the quality of reflection in multiplicity.
“Featuring a circle of hexagonal mirrors lined with moss, “World Not World, But That Which Is Not World” (T.S. Eliot) is a mixed media sculptural installation that evokes reflection on quantum social impacts and the entanglements of manmade environments. The wall orientation invites the viewer to directly confront and question the qualitative value of their reflection within multiplicity. Sand interrupts the moss and pools below the up curled lip of the pool, suggesting we look beneath the surface and consider the fragility and temporality of all things. ”
