“First collectable sculpture is Leaving Home. This captures the moment I left home and family, with a light mind thinking about the new life in Canada. The emotional state of the moment is symbolized by crossing the water wearing leaf shoes. I incorporate a pain snail shell re-presenting myself as a snail with dried branches collected from Korea. ”
