Experimenting with various materials and found objects on my daily walks during the Coronavirus pandemic. I took a new approach and created artwork in a way I never did before. The calligraphy is a verse form of one of the most famous Iranian poets, Hafez, which is appealing to me.

“This work recalls my fragmented childhood memories of times when my mother would reminiscence about her father. Somewhere in my deep unconscious, my never-seen grandfather's memory was hidden and was waiting to come into life through my art. The unintentional and spontaneous artwork that during the process of creation had no specific meaning, eventually revealed profound sense.”
