Part two of Mind-Sets
“Visualizing the course of action an individual should take when encountering the unknown, which psychologically may present itself as as form of chaos. This work uses downhill mountain biking as the primary example for this concept. More specifically the infamous "Mountain of Hell" race held in the French Alps. It consists of a 25km race down 2500m of snow, ice, rocks, and single track. In competitions such as this, for the individual to be truly successful in highly chaotic situations, the best course of action is to clear one's focus and prioritize that which lies immediately ahead and to let go of what has passed.”
