Becoming Love.

Kabir Helminski once asked a dervish, "do we ever reach a point when we no longer need to be loved?" "Yes, when we become love," he said. How can loving oneself lead to better connections with others? "Becoming Love" is an exploration into how practicing self-love enables us to better connect with others. When we begin to appreciate, forgive, and love ourselves, we are able to genuinely extend this love and understanding to others.
