SMALL SHELTER PAVILLION ( THE HARBOURAGE)

Environmental Design
2018
This is a structural project assigned to us for designing a shelter pavillion for the public in a given site and also within a limited space. My design, "The Harborage" is a shelter designed in the heart of downtown Toronto located at the harbour sq park. The project also mentions the structural materials used in order for the design to work.

“The inorganic shape of the roof is made of woven fibreglass and on top of it is the green roof which acts as a attraction as well as a sustainable feature for rainwater storage through drainage pipe on the roof. The water caught on the green roof travels to the harvesting tank where the water is purified to the drinking fountain for public use.
