C02 emissions are a known issue environmentally. However, there still isn’t any significant urge to reduce them (electric cars cause C02 emissions too, through production!). Causing respiratory harm as well, the best solution might just be creating a gas mask car. At least then we can continue to drive without effecting the environment, and reduce the C02 emissions causing us all internal harm.
