This artwork, “Untitled: Making the Invisible Visible”, is representative of invisibility and lack of importance within the realm of disabilities and disorders; especially in the lives of those with Non-Verbal Learning Disability.Non-Verbal Learning Disability is not defined as a disability in the Education system, nor in the Diagnostic Statistics Manual (which determines what is [not] a disability). This gap is a societal issue that needs to be addressed, and this artwork is the first step to do just that.

““Untitled: Making the Invisible Visible” is an artwork that is representative of invisibility and lack of importance within the realm of disabilities and disorders, especially in the lives of those with epilepsy. When multiple people with different disabilities and disorders unite, they become SEEN when they come together as one, as they make that statement! This art piece is a depiction of this unity previously explained.”
