Dolce Rosa is a beauty brand run by a passionate and creative sister duo. They provide luxury hair, quality merchandise, and educational systems so that their #rosebuds can feel more confident like the beautiful florets they are. The brand pays homage to the sister duo’s mother, Rosa, and they hope to “welcome you to the garden, with a heart full of gratitude.”
