The Woman Warrior is a sculpture inspired by global tribal cultures, celebrating the strength and resilience of women. It highlights how women have historically held powerful roles—as leaders, warriors, and protectors. Drawing from traditional headgear and ornaments that signified status and strength, this piece pays tribute to women who have broken barriers and challenged stereotypes across time and cultures.

“This work is inspired by tribal cultures from around the world. I’ve always felt that women held strong and important roles in these communities—as protectors, warriors, leaders, and fighters. In this sculpture, I wanted to reflect the powerful side of women through traditional elements like headgear and ornaments worn by tribal women in ancient times. These ornaments often changed with a woman’s experience and status. When we look at the histories of places like India or Africa, we find many powerful women who made great achievements. The Woman Warrior is a tribute to all women who have fought to break stereotypes and stand strong in society.”
