Animation blending video footage and 2D animation. In a world where emotion is illegal and the lines between reality and second life virtual reality are blurry two aliens negotiate a deal over black market goods. The product is a baby in a jar which can give the user a blast of emotion, but the product is more powerful than the user has estimated. Featuring original score and music by Eric Daniels.
“Eric Daniels is a graduate of Drawing and Painting/ Digital Drawing and Painting and Expanded Animation from the Ontario College of Art and Design University. He is Guelph born and raised. He is an interdisciplinary animator who has shown his animations at screenings and he has performed in the band Pretty at multiple venues, a band which he is currently making a music video for. He is a well practiced painter who delves into themes of surrealism and fantasy. He is a part of the OCADU Slam team thanks to his mentor Lilian Allen. Eric is always looking for ways to combine his artistic practices in the most creative ways possible.”
