Our story takes place in 1348, during the widespread outbreak of the Black Death in Europe. It is set in MythValley, a world where magic is commonplace. The storyline revolves around a murder mystery where the player takes on the role of a detective tasked with investigating the death of Augustine Calderon.Our team drew inspiration from medieval Europe and the eerie atmosphere surrounding the Plague Doctor, who donned a bird-like mask to protect themselves from infection. Additionally, we were influenced by the anime "Case Closed," which led us to include a detective element in the game. The addition of magic and wizards was inspired by a Chinese Harry Potter game.The project comprises three components: a Twine-based text story, a virtual world in Topia that allows individuals to collaborate and solve myths online, and a 3D modeling world that depicts the real world described in the story.
