Jizo - The Guardian

A Jizo firefighter saves a child from a burning store.

“Jizo are regarded as guardians of children and travelers, so depicting them as a firefighter felt right at home. Carrying a child out of a blazing fire to add to the heroics. In the design I gave them a tank filled with a cooling solution that courses through the the whole firesuit. Also adding a red "Kasa" hat inspired by the "Kasa Jizo" story, which in this cyberpunk version projects a holographic symbol and message to relay to others the situation. Adding to that also utilizing "Hard Light" on the coat as yellow stripes to add to visibility.”
