Female immigrants are normally portrayed as a vulnerable percentage of the population, they must adjust to a different cultural norm fighting and understanding the system, find their way around, and make their new home a home. Meet assist her a reliable tool to help LatinX female immigrants thrive abroad by tackling the challenges encountered when resettling in Canada, especially the challenges which may trigger mental and emotional instability. assist her will raise awareness of the mental health and emotional wellbeing of LatinX female immigrants while offering as many tools and resources as possible.
