This painting consists of an image from my grandparent's dining room with different stainless-steel or other dining objects placed on the table including the foreground window. The reason for this specific image is because of the nostalgic feeling of the common dining room. I felt like I was sitting again in my grandparent’s house in India, where all sorts of objects were placed on the table because of all the people coming in and out of the house. I also incorporated a boarder of mehndi/henna designs into the painting. Henna is a new interest that peaked since my trip to India in May 2022.
