“VOICE is a digital tool that looks to shake up how ideas are generated and how feedback is given in an agency. Currently, the advertising industry faces a problem with organizational silence: that is an environment that makes it difficult, dangerous, or useless speaking up and voicing an opinion. This rings especially true for younger advertisers and those from marginalized and underrepresented communities.VOICE looks to address this problem by creating a tool that makes feedback anonymous, safe, comfortable, democratized, and critical. It also looks to realign how we look at feedback and force agencies to reconsider their diversity metrics. Everyone has a voice, we just have to let them use it.”
