The Local Freak was my 3rd year film at OCAD. It's a re-imagining of the Frankenstein story that centers on the Daughter of Dr. Frankenstein, who was recently brought back from the dead by her pops. She has a hard time coping with her new life as she tries to talk to her only friend, a bubbly vampire named Bailey.
