Plant-Natal

Plant-Natal represents the bond between people and nature. Abstracting the body, the curves of a figure materializes into the form of a landscape. It is a mountain and it is a plain. The figure becomes the embodiment of sites where plant life resides and take root. They flourish in the concave and on the convex, just as they thrive in the soil and grow between rocks. It is a peaceful and harmonious depiction, one that I wish to always be the case for the relationship between human and nature.
