The aim of this project is to design a product or service to help new employees to have a smooth transition and a better integration to the new environment. The inspiration of my project comes from the increasingly severe workplace environment, it is difficult for people who have just entered the workplace to adpat to the unfamiliar environment and the pace of the workplace, therefore, I hope to design an app for people who have just entered the workplace.
“" CONNECO" is an app designed for people who are new the workplace, it approaches the need for support and vulnerability in new employees to allow them having a comfortable work experience. This app helps new employees improve onboarding experience through different types of onboarding activities, and it allows employees have opportunities to access online training programs and courses." CONNECO" helps new hires feel included and welcome through familiarizing them with company culture, creating opportunities to build new relationship, and finding their personal values at workplace. ”
