I focused on creating wearable pieces, through the use of constructed designs such as knit and sewing, that showcase my own experiences relating to my body and body dysmorphia.

“This tank top was made to be quite sheer with hand ribbing up to the ribcage and beading on the back. The rubbing creates a tightness on the stomach while also emphasizing the ribcage with the excess top fabric folding over. the beading is supposed to represent bacne and how noticeable it feels when you have it, thinking about it even while it is covered. ”
