200 presents - all hand-cut, folded, strung, tagged, and signed.

“Instead of focusing on ‘time,’ I decided to look at the ‘now’ and how it could also be interpreted as ‘the present moment.’ Expanding on the idea of gift-giving and service art, I thought about how I could gift my time to others in the moment of my critique. Homing in on “the art in offering”, I’ve crafted 200 presents. Each box was cut out, folded, strung, tagged, and signed by hand. On each tag, “From: me To: you” is written; there is no ownership or recipient specified. These presents do not have anything in them; what is important is the gesture made. ”
