“GEOME-MATRIX” is a reality that depicts the interpersonal relationships of colours, geomes (geometric-biomes), and tubes, which function as vessels for energy, light, and organized play. Using acrylic on canvas, visual hierarchy is told through moments of intense contrasting fluorescence and darkness, allowing forms to appear in various extreme proximities to our reality. The smooth surface, vibrations, kinetic forces, grids, and vectors belonging to this hard-edge society, reference both the physical flatness of the computer and the infinite depths that can be explored within. It alludes to present and retro aesthetics of technological worlds, while simultaneously prioritizing fine art as a means to represent the digital. “GEOME-MATRIX” is a functioning animated world where inhabitants exist in harmony amid a coordinated chaos.
