Toronto Diary is a personal 360 project to reflect the local society of Downtown Toronto during the Covid-19 crisis, which also captures Filmer's reaction to the pandemic & compares it to surrounding residents. The project is aimed to form a series collection of unscripted 360 photographs & videos during the Covid-19 lockdown. The self-documentations are often recorded with a respirator mask due to unwell health conditions since childhood. The further collections of this theme will focus on reflecting the local's lifestyles, beliefs & conflicts during this period. This project will capture the complex local situations and in specific time & locations without using scripted speech, text or music to tell "stories". With this Toronto Diary project, I hoped to make a fair objective "Toronto epidemic diary" which allows the viewer to make their own judgement instead of receiving a scripted subjective conclusion from social media.
