During the research portion of my thesis, I explored the visual impact of multiples to create a sense of scale. Preconception consists of 18 drawings that make up this singular body of work. These drawings contain my emotions and show my psychological state while trying to conceive my own baby. All that pent-up energy, anxiety, and excitement ended up here.
