Transforming a former industrial site, now a public parking spot and historical landmark (the silos), the proposed Victory Soy Mills Museum & Learning Centre aims to celebrate the Abandoned Silo (a.k.a The Old Rooster Squat) by turning it into a public waterfront museum with the motive of attracting the local community and tourists alike to interact with the water of Lake Ontario, the greenery of the park, and the art/museum and learning programs within the newly designed building.
