Its forms are generated by the movements from the air that borders above it, by the shapes of the earthly bed below, and the shapes of its own internal movements'Inspired by the writing of Nathan Cabot Hale, the "Gold Creek" series utilizes representational and abstract methods to depict both physical and ethereal elements within nature. By exploring the solid, fluid and atmospheric movements within the water, this series breathes life into a photograph of Gold Creek and materializes the elusive aspects of memory that cannot be captured by a camera.”
