Dreams is a 1:28-minute animation based on a personal experience of sleep paralysis. The film focuses on the fear and frustration of being fully aware while losing control of your own body. It reflects the urge to move, to react, to confirm what is real, while being unable to do so.The intention is to create discomfort by placing the viewer in that same state of helplessness, where control is lost and certainty begins to slip.
