Quiet quitting has become popular in 2022, but has existed in the workplace for much longer. Some folk believe that the recent move toward “quiet quitting” is hindering innovation, among other things. So the Ontario Centre of Innovation wants to bring the desire for innovation back into the workplace... but how?We chose to work with environmental mediums because we presume quiet quitters do not live far from their workplace due to their desire for the least effort possible. We assume as a result they either walk or bike to work and their daily routines are filled with environmental opportunities. This is a neutral space compared to advertising in the workplace and a time in people's day that enables a mental break that can inspire.In collaboration with Kayla Descoteaux Ellemberg & Sydney Madgett
