“This is redesign Hanuman a Hindu God from the Hindu epic Ramayana. He is depicted as a warrior monkey, who is the Avatar of Lord Shiva (Hindu God), and his birth was the soul purpose to be a loyal friend to King Rama (Hindu God) and help him in this journey to defeat evil from the world. Hanuman is also the son of Vayu Deva (God of Wind), therefore known to be very strong, and few other known abilities were to be able to Scale his size to his need and jump so high he would be flying.He is also known as Mischievous, one time as a child he thought the sun was a fruit and put the sun in his mouth. During the time when the Ramayana takes place, Hanuman goes to the Evil king Ravana, garden of exotic fruits, where he eats everything in the garden. Then as a punishment, Ravana sets his tail on fire, to which he takes this chance to escape and burn Ravana’s City of gold with his tail. The following are some of the starting points I was looking at to recreate my version of hanuman, I want to create something that is a fusion of the Indian and Western cultures, as I am also an fusion of the two cultures.”
