A comfort zone is a beautiful place, but nothing ever grows there. The concept of this project is to allowthe client to interact with the outside world by seamlessly brining outside elements within their home. This will then help expand their comfort zone by making the space interactable with the outside world, showing growth throughout the house and the client. While keeping approximately 50% of the existingbuilding, the use of natural materials, an internal feature green wall, an interior water element, large openspaces that are easily recognizable for the client, and a well thought out design, this building will suit theclients and their disability.
“Is it possible for a person who lives with Agoraphobia to interact with the outside world without stepping too far outside?”
