Flower of Life

The Flower of Life is an artistic investigation and meditation into the concept of endless growth in a densely overpopulated world. This kinetic installation comprises of seven pairs of disks that are equipped with fourteen servo motors. The seven pairs are designed to represent different geographic regions, where one disk of the pair depicts death rates while the other represents birth rates of each region.
