"Small steps, real change."HealQuest is a context-aware wellness system that transforms real-life moments into small, achievable actions. By responding to immediate situations; such as time, environment, and disruption, it helps users make healthier choices in the moment. Rather than relying on ideal routines, it supports consistency through flexibility, turning everyday interruptions into opportunities for action.|| BackgroundAs life expectancy continues to increase, more people are spending longer periods of their lives managing/preventing chronic conditions. While many wellness solutions focus on long-term planning, tracking, or motivation, they often fail to account for the unpredictability of everyday life. Plans get interrupted, delayed, or abandoned, not due to a lack of knowledge, but because they don’t adapt.|| InsightThe key insight is that consistency breaks not at the level of intention, but at the moment of disruption. Existing solutions focus on planning and tracking, but offer little support when plans collapse, leaving users without guidance when they need it most.|| ValueHealQuest addresses this gap by shifting from a goal-driven system to a context-responsive one. Instead of asking users to follow a fixed routine, it delivers adaptive, situation-based actions that align with what is realistically possible in the moment. By reducing cognitive load and enabling immediate action, HealQuest introduces a new model for behaviour change: one built not on perfection, but on adaptability.

“Small steps, real change. HealQuest - built for real life.”
