As urbanization and industrialization continues to develop, plant life and awareness continues to decline. Creating a method to not only present the issue, but also educate the public about this topic, is critical in our day and age as most people lie unaware of the severity of the situation.
“Reverie is a design project that aims to help save and protect endangered plant species while educating the public on this matter. By taking the form of an "observable seed vault", visitors are brought through an experience where they can view a large underground seed vault through a series of pathways, where they will be able to see live endangered plant species, an automated seed storage system, and methods laboratory workers use to take care of the plants and seeds. ”
