Situated in Downtown Markham, Ontario, 3X is a mixed-use residential project that encompasses the Pride of Canada Carousel, a public art initiative and a tribute to Canada. Spaces include eateries, lounges, suites, roof bar terrace, and urban farms, all of which are situated around the central carousel atrium and skylight.
“Residential, commercial, and recreational spaces are overlapped within 3X. This overlapping encourages increased interactions between people who dwell in or visit 3X. At the centre of all the program spaces is the Pride of Canada Carousel: the key recreational program that ties everything together. ”
