I designed a brand named Sprout for my package. design class. Sprout is a skincare line created for tweens and teenagers, as the skincare products in today’s market are towards an adult demographic. Many teenagers struggle with skin issues and lack confidence because of unrealistic standards in the media. This brand tells youths it is okay to have blemishes or uneven skin. Sprout will aid you in your journey with skincare. The characteristics behind my skincare are fresh, playful, and youthful. The line would use natural ingredients such as persimmon, mangos, and green apple.
“The concept behind the line is fresh and real ingredients, therefore, I wanted to push the idea of fresh produce. I centred the idea of fruit stickers and plant info tags. I wanted it to seem like this serum is so close to the natural ingredients that it is fresh enough to stick a produce sticker on the box. The logo would be a produce sticker and the claims, such as paraben-free, synthetic fragrance-free, and vegan would be presented in a form of a sticker.”
