“The design of school can affect the learning quality of students. Creativity, sensitivity, imagination, and mobility are the key concept elements in children's education. In Montessori education, children are encouraged to study independently. Here, instead of "help me," it is more "help me to do it myself." In order to satisfy all of the above, the school environment becomes especially important for children. However, in today's Toronto urban environment, we are not much accounted of school designs and schools are often located in the crowded community or intersections of roads, in which children are not able to get enough outdoor freedom and experience in nature. How about a nature school in the city? A school that allows children not to sit in front of the desk and learn about the natural ecology, a playground that located not under artificial light but in nature, a place that not only lets you study knowledge from books but also learn creativity, movement, and independence.”
