A visual concept design based on a game project (visual novel). It features 3 main characrers--2 humans and 1 robot: The Detective (Rowan Beck), The Victim (Evan Holloway), and The Assistant (BOB). The three become connected through a mysterious case involving stolen internal organs.
“Evan Holloway is a mediocre novelist. One day, he wakes up in an abandoned hospital operating room and finds that his abdomen has been cut open--all organs below his lungs are missing. Strangely, there's no pain, nothing, and obviously he is still alive!Fearing he might be forcibly taken for research, Evan does not dare to seek medical help or contact the police. At a loss, he remembers the contact information of a detective agency he had come across before, and decides to seek help from Rowan. This marks the beginning of the story.Rowan Beck was once a promising young detective, but in that incident five years ago, he was transformed into the physical form of a seven-year-old child and has since stopped growing. Over the past five years, he has been searching for a way to return to his original state. To the outside world, he is believed to be the child of the detective Rowan Beck--but in truth, he is Rowan Beck himself.The robot BOB is his assistant and roommate, responsible for taking care of his daily needs. This project develops a set of visual concepts for a fictional game, including character design, visual style, mood, and environment design.”
