Hush x Headspace

Under high stress feeling loneliness in school and workplaces have become our day-to-day lives. Emotion collapse of adults is often in an instant, but loneliness has many negative effects on the human body. How might we engage with sensitive emotions, creating a great opportunity to understand ourselves? Hush is a small Headspace physical add-on. Provide calibrated suggestions to Headspace users, reduce distraction when they meditate. Knowing the value of loneliness and help the user enjoy the moment they beingalone.
