“ Inspired by my academic journey, which began at 18 and concluded at 35, I reflected on the path that led me to OCAD. During this time, I faced many difficult choices and worked in challenging fields. As I witnessed my growth—shaped by pain and pleasure—I built a life I can be proud of.Each stage of my journey signifies the growth I have experienced, from my rocky foundations to my employment in my 20s, leading to the future I am building.It is essential to focus on the positive aspects of what we've built rather than the harsh experiences that shaped us. We all construct our lives from traumas, but what does that look like for you?”
