Part of a series of 10. This series is best shown together to create a high level of action. This series of kata postures features vivid anthropomorphic shadows as metaphors for ourselves.

“Karate katas are martial art forms similar to shadow boxing, and are intended to mimic fighting with an imaginary opponent. My series of kata postures uses anthropomorphic shadows as opponents in order to vividly imagine our battles with ourselves.”
