grays shop is based in Toronto on Dundas St. W. The store features designers from Toronto and all around the world, bringing meaningful design to the people in the community. The in house brand grays, creates 100% Ontario Wool blazers. grays focus is on the supply chain, jobs and production on the products we live with everyday and telling that story everyday to customers. Events are run at the shop to promote the designers and creators, allowing them to tell their story while creating a community of likeminded people.
“It is owned by my wife and I, we started the shop to bring design and clothing with a focus on designers doing what they can to put their ideas out there in the world. Using the OCADU shops, I created everything from modular racking, to bent an aluminum change room, to a hand hammered steel bowl. While doing the lightbox design and fabrication, graphic design work, social media, and all photography. Industrial design has taught me that it takes everything in you sometimes to get the job done, and it's about learning on the way. ”
