"Mr. P & The Lute Player", is a large-scale oil painting on canvas that I completed in 2021. It's part of a series where I look back upon seventeenth-century classic oil paintings and renew their compositional elements into modern scenarios. I tend to paint people I know into their bodies, use contemporary fashion trends and fuse the old-world style with the new styles of painting — graffiti.
