“'God If...? 'is a series of illustrations that tell the story of when gods and monsters live in modern times, how will they struggle to make money for life like human beings？In traditional Chinese culture book like the Classic of Mountains and Seas and other folk stories, gods and ghosts are indispensable elements. These beings hold a sacred place in people's hearts. Assuming they do exist, how will they use their magical powers and wisdom to work and live in the world of modern society?”
Hi, I'm Felix Gu. I'm an illustrator based in China and Toronto. Currently I focus on story and concept illustration. In addition to my academic research, I have worked in Embreate Studio and participated in Future Now series projects. I have proven that I am capable of using my drawing ability and imagination to complete projects well. At the same time, I also tutored portfolios for three years, and more than 20 students successfully got offers from their desired universities with my help.I believe Behind every good painting is the trace of "the painter stayed in it".
