Her focus is on capturing portraits and landscapes with a mastery of photography as a visual language, expressing her unique understanding of the content she shoots. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for her craft, Guinan Zhou creates photographic artworks that inspire and captivate viewers.”
Guinan Zhou is a talented lens-based artist specializing in analogue photography. Born in China in 2000, Guinan was inspired by her father's love for photography at a young age, and she has been passionate about the art form ever since. When she was 15, she relocated to Canada to pursue her passion for photography further.Guinan attended the Ontario College of Art and Design University (OCADU) to further her studies in photography, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. Her education and artistic pursuits have allowed her to explore various aspects of photography, and she has developed a unique style that captures the essence of her subjects.
